Wonderful staff. The lady at the check in desk was great help and even bumped us up to an altitude suite. She had a really wonderful attitude and made me feel really comfortable checking in. Also the room was way bigger than I expected it to be, definitely worth the value.

Excellent location for getting around Sydney as it's a short walking distance to Central train station and Chinatown light rail station. Our room was well appointed and the bed was super comfy, one of the best hotel beds we've slept in! We also loved having access to the indoor pool, spa and sauna, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent location right by the Chinatown Light Rail station. Start of the street walking to town and right next to the Capitol Theatre. Easy to get an Uber to airport (Approx. 30-50 for an UberX depending on timing). Only thing is that housekeeping is only done once every 3 days, even then it is to make the bed (no change of sheets) and a change of towels/replenish amenities. NO vacuuming was done to clean up the room better, which was a disappointment. Otherwise all good.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchenette along with clothes washing and drying facilities. TV had a good range of channels. Wifi worked well. Everything needed to feel at home while travelling. Location is also great, being next to many eating places, many of which open late, as well minimarts. It is also right next to a light rail station, and there are shopping centres very nearby as well (World Square, Market City). Other main places of interest are also very accessible from this location via bus or light rail or train. Having Central Station nearby as well also makes it easy to get to the further suburbs by train if needed. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.

-Really can’t fault it, amazing value for money - good location, close access to Central Station - Staff went above and beyond, super helpful in providing recommendations for an amazing weekend - Pool, sauna and gym were lovely - amazing size room, wished we could’ve stayed longer to use kitchen - overall was super comfortable

Location was quaint and peaceful like we wanted. Great balcony / outdoor patio with a nice small fireplace to chill at with pleasant views. Room was small, cosy, but sufficient. Wood and matchsticks were provided. We brought our own fire starter. Oil, salt, pepper and cooking utensils were all provided. Soap, shampoo were also all provided. Distilled water was available by the tap. Extra toilet rolls were also provided.
